Strategy Session 2024
Reflecting on the highly productive strategy session orchestrated by orgsight last month, Activate Perth's Board members convened to delve into key CBD stakeholder insights, feedback, and sentiments.Additionally, they explored the needs of our "fill this space" tenants as they strive to commercialise their entrepreneurial concepts, aiming to diversify the city’s retail offer and enhance user experience. Through strategising, innovating, and steering the course of our Not For Profit organisation, our Board engaged in insightful discussions and crafted actionable plans. Presently, we stand ready to lead positive change within Perth CBD. Stay tuned as Activate Perth propels impactful programs and initiatives forward.
