Activate Perth’s #FillThisSpace program activates long-empty buildings by connecting creatives, start-ups and entrepreneurs with vacant retail spaces, giving innovators a chance to trial their business concept with minimal risk.

Property owners in Perth have embraced the program, understanding that filling a vacant space with a start–up business helps with maintenance, brings foot traffic to a precinct, reduces potential vandalism and increases the value of their property.
