Last Thursday 21st March 2024, tenants from Activate Perth's Fill This Space program were featured on the Emerging Retailers Panel at the Property Council of WA Retail Conference, held at Frasers in Kings Park.

Moderated by Karen Draper (Head of Retail - WA JLL), the panelists - Yande Chali (@repkulture), Brittany Garbutt @pretzelaus), and Ryan De Gennaro (@privacy.clo) - discussed the process of launching a business, making the transition from pop-up to permanent and navigating the leasing process from a retailers perspective. Their insights provided valuable viewpoints on the challenges and opportunities in growing a retail business.
