Raine Designs is a brand inspired by the creativity of two sisters, Sophia and Isabella. Their mission is to offer contemporary, timeless styles of luxury loungewear and lingerie. Each piece is expertly crafted in Australia, ensuring sustainability, quality and durability.

From humble beginnings operating out of his bedroom, owner Ryan De Gennaro now sells his fashion label Privacy, across the globe. While Privacy has seen huge success online since Ryan launched the brand 3 years ago, Ryan’s never had a brick-and-mortar store. We were more than happy to have been able to help Ryan find a retail space in Perth’s CBD.

We think you’ll all agree Perth artist, Peter Kendall has the most infectious smile going around. As an Archibald finalist and one of Australia’s leading portrait painters, Peter has built a reputation for his ability to create a strong portrayal of an individual in his Portraiture and for his creative touch when portraying the physical world.

We are excited to announce that we have assisted MITE Radio move into the old Telephone Exchange Building under a Head Lease arrangement with Karri Real Estate at 410 Murray St, thanks to the #FillThisSpace program
MITE Radio is an online radio station, aimed at those 50+, delivering timeless tunes from the 50s to the 80s with a mission to help empower people to enhance their lives with technology to confidently embrace and navigate the digital world.
