YAPURRA

Yapurra is a celebration of the many emerging voices coming from the desert regions of Western Australia. Featuring painted works on canvas and carved wooden objects, the exhibition spans many thousands of kilometres of the desert to present a unique snapshot of remote contemporary art practice.

Works have been sourced from Aboriginal owned art centres Maruku Arts and Martumili Artists with proceeds going back to the artists.

The space has been donated by Redhill Partners, and this event has been jointly funded by the DLGSC, Lotterywest and Activate Perth.

Opening hours 12noon - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
