Activate Perth is on the March
Activate Perth is a result of recommendations from the Perth City Summit.
It's a not-for-profit incorporated association and our mission is to create community connection in the City of Perth by facilitating novel partnerships between business, the community and government.
The March has Begun.
We invite you to join us in making Perth an even more memorable and loveable place to live, work and play. In 2018 we will:
Establish Renew Perth; a program to provide rent-free retail and office space to start-ups and community groups.
Promote and facilitate the marketing of Perth as a city of neighbourhoods led by community precinct organisations.
Create an Activation Army for residents, building owners, students and city workers to work together to improve the human experience in our city.
Enlist now in the Activation Army.
Meet our Activation Army chief, Joanne Fotakis. As a Leederville Connect stalwart, she understands the importance of residents, businesses and visitors working together to make something special.
Jo is also a fan of irreverence, “We have some great ideas about fun and cheeky activations we can deliver around the city. The sorts of projects that surprise and delight but also convey a message”.
There is no cost to join and we are keen to capitalise on your ideas and skills you might be able to donate during 2018. If you are an amateur photographer, tech specialist or a juggler, we'd love to hear from you.
